Holistic wellness · physiotherapist-led · Dar es Salaam

You were not made to wear out early.

A physiotherapist looks at the whole picture — how you move, and everything around it that affects how you move. What we can treat, we treat. What needs someone else, we tell you and help you get there. All at your home or your office.

We will never tell you something we cannot show you.

What this is

A wellness service, not a waiting room.

A physiotherapist leads, because how you move is usually where trouble shows up first — and because one person should hold the whole plan instead of five people giving five opinions. We look at everything that might be affecting your movement, sort out what we can, and point you to the right person for the rest.

01 · Mobile

We come to you

Home, office, or wherever you train. Evenings and Saturdays too. Getting to you is part of the programme, never an extra charge.

02 · Whole

Five areas, one look

How you move comes first, and we look at what surrounds it — sleep, food, health history, stress, skin — because those decide whether the work sticks.

03 · Honest

Treat it, or send you to the right person

We tell you what we find. What we can treat, we treat. What needs a doctor, a nutritionist or a counsellor, we say so and connect you.

04 · Proven

We measure, then measure again

The same tests, done the same way, so you can see the change instead of hoping for it.

Why it works

One body. Five pillars. Looked at together.

Pain, energy, sleep, skin, mood — they are not separate problems. We look at them together and find the one thing holding you back most. If it is something we can treat, we treat it. If it isn't, we say so, and tell you who should.

Medical

What the numbers and history say

Physical

How you move, load and recover

Nutrition

What fuels and what depletes you

Beauty

Skin, glow and the body's surface

Mental

Steadiness, sleep and applicable peace

A physiotherapist leads because movement is usually where the problem shows up first — not because it is the only thing that matters. And finding something is not the same as treating it. Our work is movement, strength and getting you doing things again, and we will always be straight with you about where that stops.

The Load Method

Honest steps, in order.

A clear path your physiotherapist walks with you the whole way. Every stage has a gate — nothing moves forward until your body is ready for it.

01

Settle it

Calm the pain down and make it safe to move again.

02

Find the cause

Look at all five areas, find what is really holding you back — and say honestly whether it is ours to treat or someone else's.

03

Build it back

Sessions in the right order, brought to your door.

04

Show the change

Measure again, and show you the difference in your own numbers.

Where it happens

Wherever you already are.

Nothing to travel to, nothing to plan around. You tell us where the day before, and the same standard comes with us.

At home

Your own space, your own hour

At the office

Between meetings, without losing the day

Where you train

Your gym, the court, the pitch

The Be Well Check.

The quickest way to understand what we do is to have a small version done to you. Six questions, one tap each — the same thinking the physiotherapist uses in the room, just shorter, and without hands.

  • Six questions, one tap each — no email needed
  • Your five areas, scored and shown separately
  • What is holding you back most, and what to do first
  • Then, if you want, we arrange the ninety minutes

It runs right here on this page. Nothing is stored anywhere — your answers stay on your phone unless you choose to send them.

Sixty seconds

How is your body really doing?

Six questions. About a minute. You will see your score before we ask you for anything.

Your score is ready.

Leave a name and a number and the physiotherapist's notes come with it. Or skip — the score shows either way.

0out of 100

A guide, not a diagnosis. If you have severe pain, numbness, chest pain or sudden weakness, see a doctor first — and tell us, so we wait for their clearance.

    The baseline · ninety minutes

Most people have never had their body properly looked at.

A scan checks one part. A gym test counts what you can lift. Neither tells you how the next ten years are likely to go — and neither leaves you with a number you can come back to.

The Be Well Assessment is ninety minutes with a physiotherapist looking at all five areas at once. It gives you something most people have never had: a clear score for how well you are living — what is putting it at risk, and where the biggest wins are.

    Your score

How well you are living, measured across all five areas instead of guessed at. One number, with five underneath it. Everything we do later is compared back to this.

    Your risks

What is quietly working against you — the ways your body has learned to work around things, the health issues nobody is managing, the habits that get costly later. Said plainly, including the ones that need a different professional.

    Your opportunities

Where you get the most back for the least disruption. Usually it is one or two changes, not ten — and knowing which two is the whole point of the ninety minutes.

    00 — 20 min

    What you want back

In your words, not medical ones. Walk to church. Sit through a work day. Carry a grandchild. That is what we measure against.

    20 — 60 min

    How you move

Movement, strength, what you can do and how far — tested and written down, so we can test it the same way again later.

    60 — 80 min

    Everything around it

Sleep and health history, food and energy, stress, skin. Looked at by the physiotherapist, because these decide whether the movement work will hold.

    80 — 90 min

What we found, told to you

Plain words, before anyone leaves. Your score, what is holding you back most, your risks and your best wins — what we can treat, and what should go to someone else. Written down, and yours to keep.

Then treatment starts the same visit, for what is ours to treat. If we find something that belongs with a doctor or another specialist, we say so, write it down, and help you get there. Everything after that is built from your starting numbers — never from a menu.

    After the baseline

Three ways forward. You will know which one is you.

Nobody starts here. Everyone starts with the ninety minutes — and only then do we say which of these you need, in this order. Most people already know which one sounds like them.

    The Reset

    Settle it.

Something has been sore for months, and you have quietly built your week around it.

    What happens after
    • A short set of sessions on the main problem
    • Treatment and exercises, at your home or office
    • Measured again at the end, against where you started
This is you ifThe ninety minutes finds one clear problem that needs settling first.

    Consistency

    Make it hold.

It goes away, then it comes back. The sore spot was never the whole story.

    What happens after
    • A longer set of sessions, working on what is behind it too
    • Other specialists only if your plan actually needs them
    • Checked halfway, and the plan adjusted
This is you ifThe ninety minutes shows something else is feeding the problem.

    Health is Wealth

    Build the decade.

Nothing is broken. You would just rather build your body now than repair it at sixty.

    What happens after
    • All five areas worked on, in the right order
    • Real strength work with a trainer
    • A long-term plan built on your own numbers
This is you ifThe ninety minutes shows a body with room to build, not damage to fix.
Start with the ninety minutes →

Every button here goes to the same first step, because all three of them start there. You can move up later at any point — your numbers and your progress come with you.

    The advantage

Your physio doesn't disappear between visits.

Most care ends the moment you walk out, and the week after is when everything falls apart. Ours works the other way round: staying in touch is part of the treatment, not a nice extra.

    • The same person, every time. You never explain your history twice.
    • Ask between sessions. A question about your exercises gets answered the same day — not at your next appointment.
    • If it flares up, you don't wait. More pain is a message, not a lost week. Your plan changes before the next visit, not after it.
    • We check on you. Short check-ins on how it is really going, so small slips get caught early.
    • The door stays open after you finish. One message brings you back, and your numbers are still on file.

You were not made to wear out early. We will never tell you something we cannot show you.
